About

After almost a decade of working as a graphic designer, I decided to expand my horizons and enter a new path. I've always gravitated toward web design and development, and after years of learning code on a need-to-know basis, I felt the need to dive deep and focus on this area, which has always been what I enjoyed working on the most.

For the past couple years I've been working toward this goal by taking courses on the fundamentals of front-end development and programming languages and, most importantly, by practicing what I've been learning every single day - all while still doing freelance graphic design work.

In addition to the technical knowledge I've accumulated since college, I have excellent attention to detail, am curious, goal-oriented, well-organized, and love solving problems - which is one of the reasons I fell in love with coding. Nothing beats the feeling of finally getting that very challenging piece of code to work!

In my free time, I enjoy reading, biking, doing embroidery, and - as a true television lover - watching and talking about TV.
